FNU MEN’S BASKETBALL DEFEATED CROSSTOWN RIVALS FMU 109-72

Miami Gardens, Fla. – Florida National University men’s basketball team conquer its third road win in a row. The high scoring team of the FNU Conquistadors finished out the month at 6-3 and all of their last 3 wins coming on the road. The Conquistadors defeated Florida Memorial University on Tuesday night (Nov. 19th). The contest was played at FMU Wellness Center, Miami Gardens, FL. With the win Florida National improves to a 6-3 record while Florida Memorial falls to 1-4.

• Nico Rojas recorded 6 points and 7 rebounds.
• Hirotaka Ohashi recorded a double-double leading the Conquistadors in assists recording 10 assists and scoring 12 points.

• FNU record now is 6-3 this season.
• FNU improves its on the road record to 4-2.
• 7 players saw at least 10 minutes of action for the Conquistadors.
• Florida Memorial University out-rebounded Florida National 44-28 in the contest.
