HIALEAH, Fla. (Feb. 27, 2023) – Florida National University’s women’s basketball team made up a solid portion of the Continental Athletic Conference’s (CAC) All-Conference selections. The awards were announced shortly after day one of the CAC Tournament hosted by Haskell Indian Nations University in Lawrence, Kansas.

Natalie Larranaga was named to the First Team, and her 63 steals on the season nabbed her the title of Defensive Player of the Year. At 5-9, the crafty guard can crash the boards well and overpower oversized forwards in the paint.
