Florida National University (FNU) recognizes and thanks veterans for their service by providing affordable and practical higher education for them and their families. FNU has the resources and programs to help veterans and their family members obtain a higher education. FNU proudly supports veterans and their spouses by offering reduced tuition rates for our accredited undergraduate, graduate and continuing education programs.

How will FNU support you and your family?

FNU offers reduced tuition for more than 35 online degree for veterans and their spouses. Credits are also offered for appropriate training and education previously completed by the student. Eligible veterans can utilize their VA educational benefits; and spouses can use educational programs such as MyCAA or any transferred VA benefits or any awarded benefits such as Dependents’ Educational Assistance (DEA/Chapter 35). Additionally, the FNU student in your family, utilizing the Post 9/11 GI Bill®, can receive up to $1,000 per academic year to cover the cost of books and supplies, if qualified. FNU’s participation in the Yellow Ribbon Program means FNU and the VA can provide matching funds to cover all or a portion of the outstanding cost of education that is not covered under the Post-9/11 GI Bill.
