FNU SOCCERWITH A DEVASTATING GAME START AND A PEDRO VEIGA’S HAT TRICK FNU GOT ITS SECOND VICTORY IN TWO GAMES IN THE REGULAR SEASON.

COLUMBIA, Ky. – Florida National University Men’s soccer team Florida National took advantage of the Lancers in the early stages and with a devastating beginning of the game scored three goals in 11 minutes.

The Conquistadors cranked out two shots in the first three minutes. Grace never recovered and surrendered the first goal of the match in the fifth minute, the goal scored by Pedro Veiga Assisted for Rodrigo Costa.

The Lancers struggled to regain control of the contest and quickly surrendered two more goals in the 11th and 12th minutes with the second goal of the conquistadors being once again scored by Pedro Veiga with another assist of Rodrigo Costa and the third scored by Sebastian Aldunate assisted by Nicolas Miccoli. The conquistadors went into halftime ahead 3-0 after dominating the entire first half of the game.

In the second half, the Lancers launched into the attack but who scored again was Pedro Veiga assisted for Francisco Bongiovanni, At the end of the game, Grace College scored a goal and the game ended with another victory by FNU 4×1.

Pedro Veiga with three goals and Rodrigo Costa with two assists were the highlights of the match.
