Program Overview

The Master in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at FNU prepares students for careers in any organization concerned with human behavior in the workplace. Students will apply psychological principles and research methods to help organizations increase productivity, improve employee well-being, and ensure workplace safety. Upon graduation, you’ll be qualified for a range of roles in corporate leadership, management training and human resources. Additional career opportunities exist in all areas of business, industry, consulting, government, health, and education.

Learning Outcomes

In the Master of Industrial and Organizational Psychology, you’ll learn to apply psychological principles to address common problems presented in this field, such as issues with recruitment, selection, placement, training, development, job performance evaluation and workplace motivation; leading strategic change and creating win-win situations for employers and employees. Completion requires a total of 36 credit hours.
