In midst of a joyous Independence Day celebration yesterday, today we want to honor one special FNU graduate and member of the U.S. Army. Giancarlo Cassella, who has been a student of Florida National University since 2015 recently graduated with a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice. What makes Giancarlo’s story so special is that he enlisted to the U.S. Army while still being a full-time FNU Student. He did so simply for the love of his country, which gave so much to him and his family, when they migrated to the United States from Uruguay looking for new opportunities.
Now with a Bachelor’s Degree and serving his country in the U.S. Army infantry, Giancarlo is ready to add yet another accolade to his list of accomplishments. Giancarlo began working for Homeland Security! We are incredibly proud of you Giancarlo. Thank you for trusting FNU as your University!
